Returns

We are happy to accept returns for any order from MAAVARO.COM within 7 days of delivery. The product must be:

    • in saleable condition;
    • unused, with all original packaging;
    • free of all damage

    MAAVARO, is at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. 

    Consumer guarantees:

    • If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the UK Consumer Law.
    • If the item is broken, you may choose a refund  within 7 days of receiving the item. 
    • We require satisfactory proof of the broken item, a good quality photo must be send to hello@maavaro.com supporting the refund claim. To process your refund please send us an email along with the photo of the broken item and we will send you a return address. Please note after the 7 day period you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

    How to submit a return/refund request:

    If you would like to submit a return or refund request, please contact hello@maavaro.com.com with the following information:

    • Full Name
    • Order Number 
    • Email Address
    • [if you received a faulty product] Good quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request.  

    Refund process:

    • Once we have checked all the details of your return claim. We will send you a return address. 
    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
